2. The use of passes is solely under the name on the ticket. However, name changes or transfers are permissible before activation.
3. Using a single pass for multiple individuals is fraudulent and may lead to legal consequences. Users agree to compensate SightScape for any costs incurred due to misuse, including payments to attractions, legal fees, and recovery costs.
