• This event/activity will not operate in weather conditions that the Safety team deem to be a risk for its participants

• One of the conditions of the Border Guard is the availability of official valid proof (National ID, Iqama, Passport with Visitor Visa) and free of any service suspension restrictions
• Minimum age: 8 years.
• Participants must arrive 20–30 minutes before their scheduled time. Late arrival may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
• Participants must be in good physical health. The activity is not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, respiratory illnesses, back problems, pregnant women, or anyone with a medical condition that may be affected by the activity.
• Participation is strictly prohibited under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or sedative medication.
• By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with parasailing and release the operator from liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws
