- How do I sign in?
- Your account is created for you by a SightScape administrator. Sign in with the identifier and password you were given. If you don't have credentials, contact your administrator.
- How does scanning work?
- Open the scanner, point your camera at the guest's ticket QR code, and the app confirms whether entry is valid and records the check-in.
- Why does the app need the camera?
- The camera is used only to read ticket QR codes at entry. The app does not take or store photos, and it does not use your location.
